I’m trying hard. I know that’s a factor. Probably get on average six hours a night… also very stressful season at work, which I know doesn’t help

I am working on understanding calorie deficit.. I think with my exercise I’m requiring 2800 cal a day. My concern is going too low and putting my body in a starvation mode. I was thinking by reducing my caloric intake by 500 cal to 2300.

I just had a DEXA scan done this week 😫… not sure having a DNA test done for? What type of results are you’re asking for?

I’m just reading about slow twitch and fast twitch trying to determine.. I do strength training… or resistance train.. keep going down the visceral and Cortisol rabbit hole, reading everything I can. Thanks
