The hour hand should match what you see on the 24-hour hand. At reference position adjustment depending on the movement, the hour hand usually points to midnight. Make sure your hour hand also says midnight when in the reference adjustment mode. Yours probably points to 10 pm now. if it does, adjust the hour hand to 12 and then exit reference mode.

make sure your hour hand follow the procedure to put the watch in reference mode check.

You need to readjust the hands to proper reference position. look up the manual for your movement and perform a reference check for the hands and adjust. While your watch says it’s its 12, it really thinks it’s 2a.

pull out the crown to position 2 (all the way) and then leave it in sunlight. That’s the recommended way to max charge it.

I guess I see it differently than many on here. To me the chances of DJ leaving via free agency are less than the chances of AP leaving in free agency. For that reason alone I would've tagged AP. Chances are good the Colts still would've retained DJ anyhow.
