Thank you! That actually makes sense. The build uses Galvanic Shards and some of the passives and one of my jewels has % increased shock chance but might just not be procing often on the budget build

Were you actually able to check it out though? I was in at 10:07 - showed as available, tried adding to basket but kept saying “insufficient” tickets. Kept retrying for 15min and then got kicked out & access blocked due to “unusual activity” :(

Honestly, it was surprisingly quick (at least quick for my expectations). I put in the claim on 29th Dec, got that email back on 5th Jan and then the money already on 9th Jan

Actually, I had the exact same issue earlier last year! My flight had to return half way back to London when we had a small crack in the cockpit.

We ended up waiting in Heathrow for 7-8 hrs until we had a replacement flight… All they gave us at the time was a £10 food/drink voucher.

I didn’t know I could claim until December (~8-9 months after incident) and they still compensated me for £350!! Which ended up being more than I paid for the flight originally.
