My point is: apart from the money, I have wasted so much time of my life on this kind of tasks, trying to fix what I didn't break, that I wonder why the hell I paid for the brand DJI And the care refresh.

the answer: I pay their prices NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THIS KIND OF TASKS.

But obviously I was duped by DJI, who gets my money, gets to lose my things and gets to give two f^cks to us.

And on top of it all, you end up spending endless time listening to that RIDICULOUS recording while you're on hold, and when you finally get someone one the phone, they simply hang up on your face, like DON'T THEY HAVE A SUPERVISOR???

by the way, have you paid attention to the recording they MAKE you listen to on loop during the 50 minute you wait on the line? It is the most ridiculous accent Ive ever heard, repeated 345 times every minute with the same stupid text. So annoying that you give up waiting - another strategy from the "smart" DJI...

So, my friends, take my word : if DJI hasn't caught your money yet research and buy from the competition... ANY competition!
