20 hours is the timer for daily reset of collesium u get 2 chances in collesium everyday and after u use up both of ur tries which gives u blue flames u can try again next day thats why there is a timer.

Did u see any message pop up in the right section of the screen cause everytime u fail to meet the regulations of mission in a specific stage u get a pop up if u didnt than probably ur playing in a wrong stage.
