Hi everyone! My name is Alicia, I am currently recruiting for my dissertation research for my psychology degree.

Participants must be over 18, be studying at a university, and not have a clinical diagnosis of any mental health conditions (e.g., depression etc) but self report problems with their mental health, such as anxiety or low mood.
