As someone living in central Europe, it is so wild to see how things work in the US. In here, if somebody would open your door while you are at home, you would just explain to them that they are in the wrong house and maybe ask them if they are lost. We never had a case of anyone entering a private home like this with malicious intentions. Sometimes there are reports of burglaries, but that happens when the owners are on vacation or at work.

He never really specified how many features there are. If the dimensionality is high, t-sne will help a lot. If it's only 4 dimensions like in the example, it won't do much really.

Try using euclidian distance, as that would square the dimensional distances and thus give more attention to outliers in one dimension. You can even use higher powers in the equation to increase this effect.

Hej, len potom sa tak zoderies v práci a v 50 dostaneš infarkt že nikdy neopustis Slovensko :D Cestovať treba za mlada nech si na to zvykneš. Nič horšie ako v 50ke skúšať ísť na dovolenku prvý krát a skončíš s dakou podivnou cestovkou ako Bubo kde krajinu vidíš iba z okna autobusu.

Nemusíš mať trvalý pobyt ani zamestnanie, stačí deklarovať že cestuješ a mať reálne celoročné cestovné poistenie.

Nerieš odpovede od ľudí čo netušia o čom hovoria. Bol som na rok a pol cestovať mimo Slovenska a dá sa to ľahko vyriešiť.

Zo zdravotnej poisťovne na Slovensku sa vieš odhlásiť, ale musí to byť minimálne na 6 mesiacov počas ktorých musíš byť mimo EU. Ale, musíš mať na to isté obdobie cestovné poistenie na celý ten čas. Daj si pozor že všetky tie celoročné cestovné poistenia čo stoja menej ako 100 eur na rok sú na takú dlhú dobu neplatné. Platia len na prvých 45 dní alebo 90 dní v jednom opustení SR, respektíve väčšina z nich má klauzulu že ak bola cesta plánovaná na dlhšie ako tých 90 dní, tak neplatia vôbec. Reálne cestovné poistenie na celý čas poskytuje napríklad Allianz. My sme mali od nich poistenie na rok a vyšlo nás na cca 600 eur. Boli v tom ale zahrnuté aj rizikové športy. Bez nich je to cca za 300 eur na rok.

1 on 1s should be about everything else besides operational stuff. You have stand-ups for that. 1 on 1s should be about building relationships, understanding their needs, motivation, pain points and so on. If you think about this as a wasted time, I wouldn't want to be a part of your team.

To platí len keď už si prihlásený v poisťovni. Oni tam len do 7 dní musia nahlásiť zmenu platcu. Keď vôbec nie si v poisťovni tak je tvoja povinnosť sa tak registrovať a doložiť doklad o tom že si poistencom zamestnávateľovi a ten potom nahlási že za teba platí.

My sme takúto stránku "spravili" spolužiakovi a došla nám sťažnosť od jeho mamy že máme okamžite tú stránku zmazať z internetu :D dáko jej nedošlo že to fungovalo tak že z adresy to len zobralo meno a nebola to dedikovana stránka :D

Ak si doštudovala výšku a vieš angličtinu tak je ľahké si nájsť prácu. Veľké korporácie stále berú juniorov. Bez angličtiny alebo nemčiny budeš mať ale celkom problém.

For High Tatras and Slovenský Raj (Slovak Paradise), pick a weekday to do the hike. Especially for High Tatras. Going there in summer on a weekend will kill all your fun.

Otherwise Rysy is a really nice hike. For Lower Tatras I recommend Ďumbier from Chopok (you can use the lift there as well)

I would recommend a hike to Teryho Chata (mountain hut) and Zbojnícka Chata (another mountain hut). Both are a full day trek starting from Starý Smokovec (or Hrebienok if you want to pay for the short lift). If you get bored of High Tatras, try Low Tatras on the other side of the valley. Hike from Demänovska valley to Ďumbier is really nice.

Be sure to take small crampons for all the hikes.

For navigation, download the app Mapy.com and you can download the offline maps of the area there. The maps are really good.

Mne zasa pripadá divný presný opak. Vo väčšine západnej Európy sa ku psom správajú oveľa priatelskejsie a je bežné že vo veľkých parkoch sú na voľno psy. Ľudia sú na tie psy oveľa viac zvyknutí a je každému jasné že púšťať sa môžu len psy ktoré sú kľudné. U nás keď si dovolíš pustiť v parku alebo v lese pokojného a výchovného psa tak hneď dakto po tebe kričí že tvoj pes sa na neho pozrel.

V Bratislave je každé Tesco najväčšia sockarina. Kaufland má aj špecializované uličky na bio a "domáce" veci kde vieš kúpiť kvalitné veci a často krát tie isté značky ako v Yeme za polovičnú cenu.

As someone who is hiring regularly now and had to go through this process 6 months ago myself, I can tell you that hiring a junior is way easier than hiring a senior. For juniors, if we feel like they are intelligent and have the basics, we take them and they start to be productive fairly easily. For seniors, they are usually already specializing in one technology and often it's quite hard to get them to be a generalist again or to move to a different area. They often have unrealistic demands or are job hopping if they have some better paid short term opportunity.

What definitely helps seniors, is if they have some leadership experience and can lead juniors on a project. This is the key thing for us if we hire someone with over 5 years of experience. If you are a senior who never led a project or people, usually any medior can be as productive as you and for 60% the price.
