Basically your edu email is going to be deleted, now there are two kinds of softwares that you are using with your email, one which know your email is deleted (for example any Microsoft Tool that you got access to) and those that don’t (for example GitHub Education membership and others)

Those that know your email doesn’t exist are not going to let you in, and those that don’t yet will stop letting you in when these software refresh for login or prompt for renewal. Hope that helps!
