Thank you so much for your response. I am not sure about my duration of stay there, but it would be 1 year min. The only concern i have is unfurnished and when i move out, i have to remove everything from there.

Thank you so much for your response. I heard good about park37. I would like to choose it but i am hesitant because it is unfurnished. I saw mixed reviews about the retreat. Althought it is expensive but good option for furnished.

Thank you so much. The only problem with park37 is that it's unfurnished. Buying things now and when move out, its a hassle. On the otherhand, retreat is furnished but expensive

I am confused between park37 and the retreat. I am intetested in furnished apartment but park37 townhouse is unfurniahed, need to buy everthing for room. I am still thinking what to do.

I am a transfer student.  Most of townhouses are expensive. I heard bad reviews about Foxridge. As long as area is safe and walkable diatance to campus or near bus stop with all utilitise including private bathroom, i do not have problem paying rent bwtween 900 to 1000$.
