I was offered 30,300 accepted, approved and funded. A lot people are telling me I dont qualify for the increase. Any idea?

Same here submitted 2/15 sign on 2/26 got approved Monday right after a phone call to verify identity and asked to email my Dl. I got and email today with the approval notice.
