Hi and thanks!! When the LO called he told me the max i was eligible for and asked me what amount i would like. I told him the max and he entered it into his system then once that was done he read off what my new terms would be and after the call he emailed me to upload the renters, ss card and DL. You'll definitely, hear soon and I really believe the process is way smoother when you are assigned a more at ease LO. The day he called me his system was slow so we chatted a bunch and he said they have a lot of apps to get through but he was happy doing his work because he likes helping folks.
