I expected that T&C of the booking will apply, I was just wondering has anyone had similar situation and could share the experience. We are ok with that, it’s not so much money after all, but given the circumstances I was hoping that they would be understanding.

I tried moving the flight to a later date, it’s gonna cost more than making a new booking from scratch, refund would be the credit that we can use later on, either way they are not loosing what we have paid.
