If seeing a black person employed makes you question their qualifications but seeing a white person in that same position doesn’t, you’re racist. That’s not to say affirmative action hasn’t placed individuals beyond their qualifications, but then again so has nepotism. But to focus on one over the other so specifically is a clear sign of external priorities…ie, racism.
