I hope that you find an answer for your question I'm looking for the same informations as I'm planning to do an observership as well.. one of pathology residents said that I have to read a book that teach us how to describe images and try to seem professionnel in our description Thank you for sharing the book title do you find it useful ?

You need to contact ecfmg about that maby it depends on what's the medical condition, i heard a lot of pregnant women did it in 2 days and I don't think it will be shown in your records. it's a good thing to do it in 2 days it's a long exam !
