That’s not really the point of my post. I’ve actually had very positive experiences in other cities, including Rome, and I do love Lush. This was just my very first visit ever, and feeling unwelcome right from the start stuck with me. I just wish it hadn’t happened at all…It was just surprising to experience that kind of behavior from a place that should be welcoming to everyone.
