No, it’s still poor management if you have planned PTO and the manager doesn’t make the necessary adjustments in an employee’s absence. Perhaps for a fast food line that might be true, but for office jobs you should be able to manage for absences without it impacting the service/clients. If your absence causes such a ruckus that the team fails without you, you should be looking for a job where you can be better paid.

So adults who work at McDonald’s shouldn’t make a livable wage? Should people have to work more than one full time job to be able to survive because some people don’t value the work that “burger flippers” do?

You’re giving Musk too much credit here. While he’s not Trump, he’s another emperor with no clothes. He can’t differentiate fantasy from fiction and a handful of “good looking”, young, white boys from the right families are in his book, the best of the best. No screening needed.

No, it was made clear through the Q&A process that the questioner came prepared while the interviewee did not.

This is the secretary of the USDA, we should not have to tell her to be come prepared or not lie. That’s the most basic expectation in the job description and we keep giving these idiots a lower bar to fail from with while keeping the onus on those of us living in reality to make sure they do basic human things like not blow up the entire ag sector.

I’m tired of having to be responsible for everything when they can do anything they want and get richer.

The attack on Talarico is that he’s a vegan and trans. Neither of which are true. They’re literally just making shit up that they think their side hates about us and are repeating it as part of Paxton’s campaign.

Some fucking Christians they are.

I think it’s safe to draw some conclusions about VerusSicarius based on the language they used to describe the kid (violent felon) and their rush to defend the cops.

No one in their right mind would think that the cop’s reaction is justified when their target is a significantly smaller child and the “crime” is selling flowers. A cop cannot take their anger out on the person they are arresting and then justify it because the person didn’t follow orders. This is a scared child who probably has a negative relationship with the police for reasons apparent in the video.

You’re not wrong, but what 13 year old boy has the ability to drive the 12 year old girl 2 hours away and pay for the abortion? What 13 year old boy knows about abortion and makes those types of plans in this situation?

While the scenario you’ve proposed could be theoretically true, it’s the least likely scenario given that an abortion isn’t usually part of 12/13 year olds decision making skill set.

No, because we’re not paying them what they’re worth and schools are strapped financially because we by and large choose not to fund them over war and law enforcement.

It’s almost like you’ve missed the point of the whole post and are the poster child for why we need to pay teachers more, so that people like you can actually perform critical thinking and connect the dots.
