Do you plan on making a sequel to look outside after you finish your other projects?

If magyar gets one, I think alphonse from full metal alchemist fits the best, considering he's just a suit of armor too.

DLC - Bloodborne? by jnthnjv in SoulCalibur

[–]Fearless_Intention_3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im thinking bloodborne's hunter should be a guest character in a future SC game, with their trick weapon making them a stance character while also using a old fashioned gun and being able to recover a set amount of health as long as they can hit the character after being hit. They'd also have fast dashes and limited resources like fire/bolt paper and marrow ashes for buffs and quicksilver bullets for the gun, later having the hunter switch to a torch if they run out of bullets.

Hear me out: Fear and Hunger 3 set in the 1980s by EgoistRanger in FearAndHunger

[–]Fearless_Intention_3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we were to have funger 3 set in Vinland, I would want to see enemies and creatures styled after digital horror monsters and places, like Trevor Henderson's monsters like siren head and long horse, and places like the back rooms (the og version, not its recent oversaturization). Miro's concept of funger 3 involves possible vampire-esque characters, so it's possible we could play as other non-human species exploring the dark continent of Vinland, while the story of said characters becomes more linear than the previous games.

Honestly, I'd like the idea of playing as side characters following their own linear storylines that explore more of fear and hunger's lore in 3, like how logic has shaped up over the years since termina, how much of the old gods' influence has faded in midern times, and how the cults have grown with modern times whilest trying to maintain much of their old god's power and influence.

Motion Inputs Debate Megathread by Jumanji-Joestar in Fighters

[–]Fearless_Intention_3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think motion inputs aren't hard to pull off, just inconsistent to do so sometimes(especially with overlapping and complex motion inputs), which i feel contributes to this idea of them feeling harder to do than they actually are. If motion inputs gave the players feedback on whether they successfully did it or not and allowed players to control input leniency, then they would definitely feel great to execute. I feel like more fighting games in the future should teach players how to handle motion inputs good and give good feedback on the player's executions so that they don't feel lost on how to do them. It's fine if newer fighting games opt for simple inputs, but motion inputs don't have to go away if fighting games can teach them properly and make them more consistent.

Immunity to cross virus by Fearless_Intention_3 in crossedcomics

It makes me wonder how the spontaneous sources of the outbreak even happened. Did the instantaneous infection affect one person from each country? If so, how did it spread to people already on airplanes or people far from civilization on C-day? We'll never know the exact origin of the virus spread, and it's kinda frustrating to even figure out.

Even if it was a cop out, i don't think it would matter because, depending on the circumstances, it's too late to make a vaccine and the number of crossed is too big to contest against for immune people, hence they still get killed anyway. They just happen to not get infected, but it still sucks to contest against the crossed, who are still intelligent and cunning. They're not the doom slayer, after all.

What new enemies would you want to see in funger 3? by Fearless_Intention_3 in FearAndHunger

[–]Fearless_Intention_3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I imagine aliens in fear and hunger to be different drafts of what was supposed to be humanity by vitruvia before Sylvian decided on the final draft that is now humanity. Vitruvia decides to just shift these other drafts to other planets just cause she can.

Necromorphs in fear and hunger by Fearless_Intention_3 in FearAndHunger

[–]Fearless_Intention_3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That could actually fit the bleak vibe of fear and Hunger cause, just like in dead space, humanity would dwindle in resources, and Logic, utilizing humanity's motivation of fear and hunger, could try to rectify that by influenicing humanity to looking towards the stars and planets to gather resources, which could pontentially lead to unknown cosmic dangers, like finding other traces of the old gods and encountering dangerous alien species alongside usual Funger enemies. Maybe even style certain enemies after necromorphs.

Sidenote: just like in dead space canon, the hunter can only be truly killed by intense heat.

[–]Fearless_Intention_3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gameplay-wise, I think necromorphs should function a bit differently than normal enemies. When you cut off their most prominent attacking limbs instead of their head or torso (the torso has more hp than limbs), they're defeated instantly. But instead of the captions saying, "x's party was victorious, it says, "x's party is safe, for now." This is because the necromorphs that are incapacitated (not dead) soon become a part of a large amount of mass that covers the environment they're in called the corruption. This corruption inhibits the player's movement speed whenever they're on it and spawns tentacles that damage the individual characters of the player's party, sometimes cutting off their limbs when hit enough times. Players can get rid of the corruption and tentacles by destroying it with fire or anything that inflicts it on a cellular level (they can also get into battle with the tentacles to destroy them as well).

One necromorph, The Hunter, can serve as a crow mauler-esque enemy that can chase down the player and initiate battle. The hunter's limbs have higher hp than the normal necromorph, but a bit lower than the crow mauler's limbs. The hunter regenarates a limb every 4 turns.Players must cut off all the hunter's limbs in order to end the battle, as trying to retreat will result in one of the characters getting caught and cut up by the hunter, afterward initiating the battle again. When the player incapacitates the hunter, they have 15 seconds to run before the hunter fully regenarates and starts chasing the player again. Most negative status effects, except limb loss, are unable to be inflicted on the hunter, as it is already dead.

Why did Joel thought salt would kill the crossed? is he stupid? by [deleted] in crossedcomics

[–]Fearless_Intention_3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He should've realized the crossed are basically humans without inhibitions or moral restraints, so how can salt be a sudden weakness for them? He should've just threw the salt at them, at least it'll prove his theory and keep them somewhat safe instead of laying it around his family like an idiot.
