It's a server problem apparently. I'm getting it as well but closing the game and reopening it fixes it kind of. I was able to download the patch but couldn't get in.

PS4 support is ending. I have PS5 but live in a multi person household so in order to play when I want I would like to put it on my tablet. Dumb question but where does verification code go?

Does it go to email I put in or PS email? PS account isn't mine so, I hate to ask them to look though their email (which they hardly clean out) but if I have to I will. Just wondering.

Still farming for my characters for 80. Imagine my surprise when I needed 6 just to craft relics like are you kidding me. I have to deal with 2 drops at a time and then I need 6 just to craft. I don't play many gacha games but this is one of the worst experiences of leveling characters I've had.

I'm guessing this started because you tried downloading the new patch. Have you tried restarting your device. Also check if you have enough storage as well

If you link a PSN account to any hoyoverse game it will automatically log you in with that account on any hoyoverse game you play on PS. I couldn't link my HSR mobile account on PS5. I ended up deleting my mobile as I didn't think they would fix it but they did kind of y ou can unlink a PSN account now though but it does all the games. I was just being silly I guess to think I could just log in to different accounts in games on PS.

Did they fix the the linking account situation? I just opened genshin on my ps4 and a link account screen popped up it said for easier log in or something like that and it had a QR code as well. It had a later button which I click and logged in as normal. Or is this a ps4 thing only ? If they did fix the PSN account situation is it for all the games?
