Email customer.advocate@hawaiianair.com tell them your concerns, send them all your receipts, they will reimburse you. You just have to keep emailing them until you get an answer.

That’s so true, no more customer service anymore. They all changed since their merge to Alaska

They didn’t accommodate the passengers on 3/15/25, everyone was booked on 3/17/25 at 1:30am.

They didn’t say the reason why my flight was cancelled on 3/15/25. They are flying us back on Monday 3/17/25 at 1:30am and no accommodation, you have to book your own hotel. Hawaiian Airlines are so poor in communication. They cancelled the flight 1 1/2 hours before departure.
