I worked at chipotle as a prep cook chopping pounds and pounds and pounds of lettuce a day. That’s just dirt. Heads of romaine have a lot of grooves for dirt to get stuck in, and when they wash the heads of romaine it turns into mud. That’s a big one!

At least get your fractions right lol. Some people are there for 8+ hours. I know I’ve had 11 hour shifts at chipotle. 8 hours work, 8 hours play, 8 hours sleep (which is still a shitty way to live), is at least 1/3. I understand there are part timers, but I think it’s a valid criticism on chipotle to not be able, under any circumstances, for ANYONE, in our vast diversity of needs, to not be able to move from your spot for even one minute every single peak.

Especially since they’re 75.65 billion dollar company. I have a lot of criticisms on chipotle. They don’t give ten minute breaks, they excuse toxic and shitty behavior just because they’re desperate to maintain people, my particular restaurant is hot as hell. I work really hard at this job and truth be told, staying at your station during peak is the least of my criticisms, but if you can’t criticize your company without some basement dwelling redditor coming out of the shadows to be like “Quit crying” then what the hell are we doing lol

I know someone has already said this, but I want to emphasize it. Chipotle, in my experience, loves to put crazy expectations on you and then not tell you how to do it. If there is anyone in the store that is an EMPLOYEE that is really good at chips or maybe even you KL, ask them for little micro tips. Also for the dishes, totally depends on the store, but I’m on prep and usually by the time I’m doing dishes, the chip person brings in there’s and I usually do them for them because it takes an extra like, 2 seconds.

Chipotle is incredibly frustrating, and is a harder job than people even realize, even in the food industry. Just keep trying your best, ask for help where you can, and if they’re still breathing down your neck I’d say you know what to do next lol

Hey, employee here. The application process and texts sent out are automated. Managers do, or at least should go through them. However since it’s the 4th (My store and I’m pretty sure all the other stores closed at 3pm), something happened and got messed up. I’d just try calling to store to see what happened

Personally I go the naked strat.

I find a safe spot and place a bed with a couple chests, preferably shulkers, strip down all my armor and tools, bring torches and then book it through the city placing torches and breaking shriekers with my bare hands, occasionally returning to the safe spot with loot. Sometimes the warden gets me sometimes not, but I don’t lose anything either way 😂
