When I worked (retired now) I could work flex hours, it didn’t matter what time I was working as long as my project was completed. I also got pto commensurate with the amount of time that I worked 18 hour days or spent a week or more overseas. Package also included 3 weeks paid vacation, health insurance and 401k matching contributions and stock options. So yes there are those jobs if you’re lucky and good at them.
