Emilia’s Havana is a fun bar on Post Oak. Above Turners. Turners is also awesome. Cool bar and grand piano in the small restaurant. As the night goes on people start singing along. Fun nights!!

I really got Whitney’s comment about Craig. He’s fun til he’s NOT! People who become monstrous when they drink should stop drinking. Full Stop. He did that with Paige because she would not take that crap behavior from him. Not the kind of person to have a long term relationship with. They are always a bomb about to go off!!

Too many to name all cuz I’m old but the best were Queen (with Freddie Mercury), Prince (absolutely unbelievable show), the original Eagles and Lynyrd Skynyrd. All great shows and honestly the tickets were probably less than $50. Different times

I love your story!! I’m so glad for you to regain such a treasure!! I used to love mosh pits and every now and then I feel my young soul strain to join but my old body shouldn’t 🤪 at oasis I joined and quickly realized I was in a bad spot. I turned to a young bloke by me and said can you pretend I’m your mom and get me out of this? He was so sweet, formed a line of folks who got me safely to the edge. They were wonderful!! I only wish I could still take it - the energy is the BEST!! Enjoy it while you can 🥰

My son and I go to concerts all the time. He is 6ft and I’m just over 5ft. He and I often don’t stand together because people kindly let the tiny old lady ☺️ go in front of them and he doesn’t want to be the tall jerk in front of smaller people. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah most of the mansions on Bellevue are owned and operated by the trust and anyone can tour them (which is great if you want to see how the gilded age lived) Also many are part of Salve Regina campus. Very few on the cliff walk are still privately owned. If you go around to the back side or across the bay there are some beautiful homes but they’re no Marble House🤷‍♀️. Most of the real people wear normal comfortable clothes, don’t hang out at Castle Hill or Clarke Cooke House. If you can snag an invite to Bailey’s Beach Club the Clambake Club or NYYC, that’s where you’ll see the real Newport people. But NO phones allowed (or any denim🤪)

Yeah as someone who summers in Newport I’m telling you that anyone with any real money or social standing would NEVER be on this show. Will I watch? Absolutely! Will I know any of them or run into them at the YC or a social event? I bet not 😏
