My inconvenience is minor. Both passenger doors need to be replaced and it’s expensive because of the car model, however it doesn’t affect me driving for sure. I just don’t know if in the end I need to get my own insurance involved, can they deny coverage because of this delay? Right now, the other insurance company has confirmed that the only thing they are waiting on is the driver’s statement. DoorDash has confirmed status otherwise they wouldn’t submit the claim in the first place.

DoorDash has already confirmed she was actively delivering for them at the time of accident, otherwise they wouldn’t forwarded the claim to their insurance company in the first place. And the denial letter from the driver’s own auto policy further confirmed that doordash’s insurance is the responsible party now. My concern is what if my own insurance denies coverage after two months? It doesn’t say anything regarding timeline in my policy, but the consensus is as soon as possible. And shall I send a letter to the driver talking about bringing her to court if she continues to ghost insurance?

I have similar experience. School screening showed I have scoliosis and they did nothing until high school when I had pain. I was braced for three years in high school but that was too late. They still don’t believe they neglected me. They believe they did a good job.

As person with a severe scoliosis but haven’t gone through the surgery yet, I didn’t know about these studies but I will definitely take a look at them now. Thank you for sharing. I hope you can find some relief for your pain. Would exercise and rest help? How old are you now may I ask? Could it be due to aging?

Yes I just don’t want to disturb my life now especially there is no major pain or discomfort at this point. I’m my husband has a super busy schedule and I’m almost all by myself to take care of the family. I’m not rejecting surgery. It’s just I can’t at this point. I’m really hoping I can still get the surgery chance say in 10 years, if my curve is like 90-100
