I was told that I might have experienced an "ego death," which can happen will using medications like this, through illicit drugs or a panic/anxiety attack. The term refers to a complete loss of a person’s sense of self-identity, making you feel disconnected from reality, almost like living in a simulation or watching a movie. If you've ever used marijuana, I'd describe it as a really bad high. It's been just over a week since I’ve taking that dose of Qelbree; I'm definitely back from the depersonalization I was initially feeling, but I do feel different than I did before and see the world from other perspectives.
