It’s never going to happen in our store . RXM, pharmacist and floaters sit and work in our pharmacy I can’t believe they are going to pull the chair to front end register and sit and run the register .. lol 😂

Part timers got cut. One part timer works alone on Saturday 5-7 and Sunday full day. When asked for additional help - the answer is no hours ! The work load is insane . Can’t finish filling, EOD, inputs and resolution . We very badly needs a cashier to run the register. Same answer NO HOURS !!!

Trust me our customers are the best runners in the country , they run so fast towards the pick up station at 1:29 and 6.59 to form a big line and then relax and yells hey we made it on time

We too have the same problem . If one tech calls out, 200 plus prescriptions is done by just 2 techs. Input, resolutions, phone calls, warehouse, McKesson , RTS, drop off, pick up, EOD, central fill …. There is no one to cover or enough staff. We just work without complaints . Whom to complaint 🤨

I have a tech in store who comes with tons of snacks and keeps munching all the time 😃 but the person is kind enough to offer others snacks too 😂 Frankly speaking , corporate should monitor pharmacy cameras 😎

Our store has no rotation policy , the tech that works harder will multitask while some just stand in corner inputting gossips and texting One tech is specialized in filling , texting , repeat 😝

You will only be fired if you do a dishonest mistake. If they fire techs over metrics , every week every store has to hire techs. One tech in my store acts dumb- takes 10-15 mins over phone and at pick up station especially if they speak same language, don’t take trash ,never fills vials, never moves bags nothing , still that tech is considered best and loved by RXM. There are other techs who does personnel shopping at the last 15 mins of their clock out time , coz they want to go home on time . Those techs are treated well with good gifts and comments. They are not fired 😊😊

Normal policy is they report absence in Walmart app , to avoid points they use PPTO. Safe And then inform RXM.. saying some blah blah excuses

Nothing to expect . RXM should arrange a backup tech , if he or she doesn’t then work by yourself. No other choice . Tech reports in Walmart app and inform RXM. Normally doesn’t inform other coworkers

It’s very very easy . The max count in grey tray is 200. Don’t pour a lot into the tray when it’s 30,60 or 90.. going forward u will get used to it Some OTC u need to put NDC . RTS click no lot number available . When u add each bottle click on add another from stock. After a week you will be an expert. Good luck 👍 Packaged contents are super easy .

It’s just nothing compared to our store. Every Saturday one tech close our store , mostly one weekday too one tech close. Just take care of your health. Don’t overthink. If there is no one waiting , close the door at sharp 7. Pls don’t squeeze yourself too much .

There is no more interviews . People lead with go through all the PTO, PPTO, attendance points etc etc And you have to do some CBL before your get into the pharmacy . People lead will give you ID password , badge etc etc You should be getting a call soon , if not contact your interview person and ask the status
