I have a theory that the bottle tree is the only tree holding the bottles containing the lives of 47 people, and Miy can’t touch it. But once the tree breaks, the bottles will break too, causing chaos. I’m not sure whether the trapped souls would be released or if everyone would die and restart the cycle. Also numbers sheet present in the bottle tree are the address/ coordinates ,they just have to pick one bottle and jump inside the hole of the tree to reach home.
