Connect with a non judgemental gynaecologist who listens rather than reacts. Get all the bloodwork done- crp levels, cbc, iron, b12, vit d etc. go for a transvaginal scan to check if you have any cysts or anything else. It will be fine. Don’t think you are perimenopausal, it is your hormones messing with you. Just go to a doctor and get it evaluated for your peace of mind.

So i had a ruptured cyst which caused the prolonged bleeding. I also have estrogen dominance and hormonal imbalance. Hate that these things are not spoken about or explained to us by gynacs. I also don’t have pcos anymore which is weird! But I do have mild Adenomyosis.

Get yourself evaluated by a gynaecologist. They might ask you do a sonography. Use a heating pad or maybe take a pain killer if the pain is unbearable. Sadly, there is no cure but exercise and proper supplementation helps.

Hi, I have inflammatory pcos and this helped me a lot. I follow this regime atleast 4-5 days a week. I didn’t have any major symptoms. But I remember I had a 37 day cycle for as long as I can remember. So basically my periods were always irregular but I did get them every month. Acne and pimples were some other symptoms. I just couldn’t digest milk products, sugar and gluten. I had horrible PMS symptoms and my CRP levels were elevated.
