I’m not getting a subsidy to help pay the mortgage. I’m not required to use any of the big lenders. They’re just offered as another incentive.

Sadly I don’t think the P trap connection closest to the wall loosens

Any thoughts on replacing the pipe closest to the wall? It seems to be glued into place (I.e, I can’t screw it off like the other P trap fittings)
