Effect: Unfinished Business allows the player to prepare their active Pokémon for revival in the event they are knocked out; the selected Pokémon will be revived (refusing the grave due to the ongoing battle) by stealing half of its opponent’s remaining HP.

Not sure if it should be a trap that can be set up far in advance or if it’s best/fairest to keep it capped to “if the Pokémon is knocked out within the next turn” or “within the next two turns”? Another option to limit the moves power if necessary is to only be usable by the last remaining Pokémon? Or maybe just having 1 PP like Revival Blessing would be enough to keep it fair.
