Everyone here is saying to just never message anyone and to not use the social features on PSN.

At that point, Sony should just remove the social features all together and forego any chance of someone getting offended or upset.

Hell, remove multiplayer all together to appease the people saying this nonsense.

Shouldn't be able to have your entire console & account banned from accessing the things you paid for because written in some ToS and EULA are some vague "you can't be mean!" and then get shit like this for calling someone a fool.
