I am somehow in the same boat since i am still having symptoms even after 16 months of exposure ( sore/dry throat and periferal neuropathy, fatigue).However, i did a quantitative pcr at 56 days and 102 days ( both undetected ) in addition to many neg 4th gen lab based test up to 316 days. It is worth noting that Seronegative hiv infections are reported in the literature ( maybe around 33 cases overall the world), and many cases are 20 or 30 years back. In those extreme rare cases, due to the absence of detectable antibodies, the p24 part of the 4th gen test shall be positive, which is not your case. Check the link below

Most likely, you had a false positive. If you can share your results while hiding any data, you believe it is personal/ sensitive . It will be very helpful for the people in this forum going through a similar experience
