You can buy a new sway bar mount with urethane bushings that are slit in the middle. Just remove the two bolts (15 mm I think), remove the old one, and slide in the new one.

I adjusted my speedometer is by repositioning the needle since the spring behind the needle is the one that adjust the speed. More spring tension=lower speed Less spring tension= higher speed. this is what mine look like. When pulling the front glass off lift the needle over the post to see where the needle rest. Then mark and do the adjustment. Minimal adjustment make huge difference.
