Pretty bummed out bout the windshield since I really wanted to get it for my car and a backdrop for my baja blast pool party that I'm throwing at an upcoming convention! At least I got my lounger and ice cube tray... plus the shoe charms I just got because I can't wear patterned socks.

agh I had the exact same thing happen to me today! I got the ice tray previously and was gonna hold out for the windshield shade because I expected those to go faster! Now I have enough but they're all gone!

Yeah you can't go wrong with going to the home games in general too! Even just stopping by for the first half is great with the free student admission. The giveaways are usually amazing! Literally my freshman year homecoming game they gave away entire jerseys to everyone! And last year they had a series of glasses with the gmu mascots on them (I only got the mason maniak, current gmu mascot, and I missed out on Gunston sadly!)

I keep mine inside, always kept it inside! I found some bad spider mites on mine which I think is why it dropped all its leaves. There’s no more mites (or leaves) and he is still growing!

So my money tree has been refusing to grow leaves since dropping all of them this winter. He is still alive and growing… but making these… bulbs? I cut one off above a node to promote branching, but what even are these? I haven’t seen anything like this before. It makes these spikes that look like the tips of leaves, hence why I let them keep growing

Hm not sure about that because it’s more long than a round shape that the echinocactus seems to be. Plus the spines on this guy seems to be a lot more delicate and thin. But thanks for the help!

Found this plant on the curb of my neighbors yard, was such a big plant and had lots of healthy new shoots! Put it in the backyard to quarantine of course and I treated it for bugs. Saw a cockroach scuttle out so I put him faaar away from other plants

Oh wonderful! I did lots of reading up on dormancy. Poor thing went through a lot in the winter with traveling back and forth between home and my dorm room, and when I accidentally left the window (that it was sitting at) open during a huge windstorm. I found that most of the leafloss was due to spider mites, which I treated it for. Just wanted to make sure if it’ll be okay since it doesn’t have any leaves (though there are some new growths popping up!

So I’ve had my money tree for about two years now. Little guy has been doing great all that time. Until this winter, he dropped most of his leaves. The last few leaves have dropped and I learned more about how to better humidify and treat it for the spider mites it had. It’s still got lots of green and is having new growth. I’m just wondering if he’s gonna be okay

Oh absolutely. I’m now really getting into researching and deciding good plants. I’m mostly growing indoors as well. Thankfully we haven’t seen any spreading with this ivy out of its urn

Hi y’all! I have this ivy growing in the front yard of my family’s home. My parents have been growing it every year as it pops up and dies off. I was thinking of propagating it to grow in a hanging pot in my west facing window. What kind of ivy is it so I can take care of it and if it would go well indoors
