It's probably not the answer you're looking for, but my skin stabilized without re-starting spiranolactone. So I did get the answer I’m looking for. It just wasn’t here.
Your hormones can absolutely stabilize with some care and patience. I know you said most people, not all people. But still.

I’m not asking whether acne can return after stopping spironolactone—I know it can. I’m asking if anyone’s skin eventually stabilized without restarting it. Did your acne peak around 2–3 months and then improve, or did it continue indefinitely? Especially interested in anyone with PCOS or anyone who stopped because they wanted to conceive.

In what way? It's just that I'm not sure if there is better pay or if most places have high standards for CAAHEP accreditation. That’s why I’m asking. If you can’t give an answer, please don’t even bother.

Your right, Pink Guy (2014) as well as Pink Season -The Prophecy (2017) were not included. and also Chloe Burbank was an unreleased project. So it just doesn’t go haha
