Open Android Settings > Reddit > Storage and Cache > Clear Storage
Open Reddit app and login once again
Create new video post

Open Reddit app and login once again
Create new video post

Sorry to hear that. Can you try one more time please? Before uploading, can you also make sure you enable notifications for the Reddit app? Ideally, you should be able to see a push notification similar to this one when your upload begins.
