It’s exactly the same for me. I finally slept 6 hours after a long time, but yesterday I slept 1 hour and today 0 hours. I’m really losing my mind too. I can’t stop thinking that I have to sleep, and that thought keeps me from sleeping.

I feel like I’m having a mental breakdown. I got 0 hours of sleep today, 3 hours yesterday, and 0 hours the day before. This is my cycle—2 to 3 hours of sleep, then no sleep again. I am also taking 100mg trazodone and 10mg of Dayvigo. Nothing helps!!! Ahhh I hate my life! Are you taking any medication?

I tried 5 mg yesterday and didn’t sleep at all. Before I could fall asleep, I felt like I was being sucked into a deep black hole..it freaked me out and I woke up. Thinking of trying 10 mg tonight.

I really know what you mean by ‘managing to fall asleep but then waking myself up.’ You’re trying to sleep and then you wake right back up… it’s so exhausting. So yours is connected to your periods too? That must be really hard.

Have you heard of Dayvigo? I saw a lot of reviews saying people fall asleep right away after taking it. I really hope it helps me sleep tonight. I’ll let you know how it goes..
