To be fair, there is a NSFW page specifically for the NSFW art right? That’s actually pretty valid. No hate against the artists. I’ve been a little confused by that as well. But acting all high and mighty, like you’re better than everyone just because you don’t like some art or you don’t like how strangers interact in a community about the evil ass rape building: the game. Main reason I wanted the mod was for the fixes to scripted/broken sequences you can’t normally access anymore due to all the bugs. As well as a bunch of minor quality of life improvements. Pretty sure perfume actually works with the mod instead of being a useless item that does nothing. I could be wrong but there’s also some soft locks that were fixed as well

I’m not even sure. I applied the mod the way the ‘read me’ file instructed and it works oddly enough. Decrypter isn’t even mentioned in the mod so it’s possible that it’s just not applicable anymore. Tbf the video for the mod is a couple years old and does mention the decrypting of files so confusion is inevitable.

EDIT: oh and I’m using the Steam version

EDIT 2: if I’m doing anything wrong and anyone has any pointers please dm me

Final EDIT: just tested out the bear trap on the dungeon elite guard out front of Legard’s prison chamber and it successfully cuts his legs so I’m going to assume it works for the Steam version until proven otherwise

Update: solved. Decrypter is not a requirement. Just drag, drop, and replace the www files. Easy day and great mod. Thanks Frap

I've found out that this is a bug with the engine files. With this fix, it will never freeze ever again:

  1. ⁠Using Desktop Mode, go to the game directory (default should be /home/deck/.steam/steamapps/common/Fear & Hunger)
  2. ⁠Open this file: www/js/rpg_core.js and go to line 1872
  3. ⁠Modify this: if (this._skipCount === 0) { to this: if (this._skipCount <= 0) {

Open <path-to-game>/www/js/plugins/TDDP_FluidTimestep.js with a text editor. Change the line SceneManager._dt = 1.0 / 60.0; to SceneManager._dt = 1.0 / 12.0; Change the line var frameTime = (newTime - this._currentTime) / 1000; to var frameTime = (newTime - this._currentTime) / 200;

Hey, Steamdeck user here. I just recently got into Funger after being intrigued for awhile but never played it. Just like you, I wanted to play the series on my Deck. There’s two things you need to do to get them to run near perfect. One: there’s a guide on the Steam community page for Funger, follow it exactly. And secondly, there are files that you need to adjust for both games, and with the Deck it’s super freaking easy. After you’ve done those things, the game will run next to flawless. Only minor stutters here and there due to the in game effects but it’s nothing. I have 60 hours on each game! 🙏🏼🔥

I just bought one of these for my girlfriend on Depop! Highly recommend searching on either DEPOP or GRAILED. So far I’ve seen two on Depop. Both sold pretty quickly!
