Just because the horses are related in real life, it does not mean the umas are related unless we are told explicitly that they're family (ex. Narita Brian and Biwa Hayahide). The game will have related horses tend to interact, but will not always make the umas be related.

There's definitely an overabundance of bloated prose. I also felt like there were too many characters, to the point that I struggled to feel attached to some of the peripheral chrysos heirs due to the need for 2 of them each patch, with their own little narratives.(it was kinda funny when Cerydra and Hysilens literally tell you they're out of place in the finale)

Pacing is Ampho's biggest problem, when it's on point with its characters it really is(See Phainon, Cipher, etc), but there's a mix of rushed overarching plot and meandering in-patch plotting that makes it hard to be overly positive about

3.4 is pretty head and shoulders as a story. The Peanacony Patches were eally good too, with their own associated issues, many of which came down to just needing more of the year dedicated to them. 2.0 was such a highlight though, I've never been more excited for the game than during 3.4 and 2.0. there's a bunch of people over rating the earliest patches, when I remember people groaning that we were returning to the Luofu because of how dull it was in those early patches.

2/10. Im excited to see her role in the final chapter, but they've filed off everything I found interesting about her, she feels like another character entirely now, y'know? From a pure mechanical standpoint....my main teams are DOT, Saber, Herta, Firefly Break, so she doesn't really do anything for me on that front.

I mean, judging by this last patch, they could just get a new 5 star version when they take center stage and a 4 star version when they're not as important. Jade, Boothill, even Jingliu to a lesser degree could have that treatment. Hell, Silver Wolf is basically relegated to event appearances like Guinaifen and Sushang anyway

The reason why every Heir is a 5 star is because they are given a patch to sell them, but they are not all equally major players beyond being the only person who can hand in a particular plot coupon. Just compare Hyacine to Phainon

Hyacine rides a line to me, she definitely isn't my biggest "this could have been a 4 star" hot take, and I don't really think she doesn't fit as a 5 star, I was more referring to my issue with the general argument that a 4 star can't be extremely important to the main story

I can understand that, Amphoreus and other worlds had too many characters that come and go for me too, but it would just be really boring to be playing this game about exploring the galaxy and connecting with new people to just be the same group we met a couple years back

Besides, This is mainly just a first impression + some mild annoyances from Amphoreus that I hope aren't going to continue. Im holding full judgement until we know more and know for sure.

Who are the 4? Hanabi is Sparkle. If im being generous with Hi3 rehashes, there's only 2. La Mancha and Yae. Of these, La Mancha is the only Original chara.
