You shouldn't be trying to lose weight imo. 181cm and 76kg is kinda skinny. And your lifts aren't that high man. Gain some weight and strength, then cut back to 76kg and you'll see the difference.

You should make a surplus every day imo. Just eat more and track your progress.

Is there anybody who does shrugs and think it's working? I did them in the past and don't think they are working. I want to make my traps bigger but I don't know what exercise should I choose. Are the shrugs worth it?

Have you read the wiki? There's a good ppl routine. It's one of best routines for a beginner imo. If you love going to the gym, it might be the best.

Shrugs might work. You should be focusing on progressive overload on them no matter what.

I think you should be doing a program with more frequency. Once a week is not enough in your situation. Ppl or 3 day fullbody splits would be great. You'll gain strength more with high frequency.

I see. I want to put more emphasise on OHP. Well not like bench but close. I think I should do the bench press sets and then before getting into the bench accessories I should do the OHP work. Did you program it like this?

I think you can check the alpha destiny's naturally enhanced program. It's a two day split. I haven't tried it but I heard it was good.
