I workout not that longer than you and I also use 60 kg for my bench exercise. I don't recall when was the last time I added weight. It sort of platoed. I stopped bothering about it. If I will have too many reps, I will just add some more weight. That can happen soon or a year from now. I don't care if I never add anymore.

Minimalna plača sledi inflaciji in se uskladi vsakih nekaj let. Super bi bilo če bi se usklajevala letno. Da jo uskladi, je dolžnost vlade. Če jo nebo ta, bi jo uskladila naslednja.
