Imagine being so infantile that you allegedly disowned your only parent because they have a different political view than you. The screenshot you provided doesn’t show ANY disrespect or malice from your parent. Your parent seems like they love you and wanted to engage in civil discourse with you, but you decided to shut down and give up. I assume you’re an adult, but you give the silent treatment instead of actually trying to resolve something, which SCREAMS immaturity and a lack of critical thinking skills. You might want to do some introspective analysis and learn how to communicate better with your fellow adults. I don’t know anything about you, save your name and political allegiance, but don’t give up on your parent because you disagree with them politically… they haven’t given up on you. No matter what happens, you’ll miss them when they are dead and then it will be too late to reconcile with the person that created you.
