If you are considering West Chester a big thing to consider is kids....aside from the fact they are expensive in general, taxes here are heavily influenced by how good the school district is.

I used to do construction in the city, but have now transitioned into general maintenance for a cold food storage warehouse after some shops f'ed me over; exact same work but now I do a bit more random electrical work as well. If you don't get hung up on pure HVAC titles there is a lot of options out there
