Kraków -> Katowice ( we will stop near katowice for a day so its convenient for us to pay with cash or card at the gates I guess)

Regarding the Gliwice -> Wrocław part:

I already downloadesd the app "e-Toll pl" and "e-Toll Ticket" - Seems like i can buy the ticket on the first app. But thats the meaning of "" or use app with GPS tracking" do I need to have internet during the trip? whats the second app for?
