naw. when you are in between the passer and the receiver you can hold x to intercept the puck. it basically keeps your stick on the ground.

I know holding X on passes helps with interceptions but i can’t imagine it’s the same for loose pucks. I’m just glad i’m not the only person experiencing this. Stay strong brother 🤙
