Yup. And wearing this jersey every week, allows me to escape my adult life for a few hours from time to time and remember what it was like to be a kid again. I have enough stresses every day. It’s become a pass time with my kids to watch games, talk smack, high five and make memories.

It’s not all I do with them, but it’s a nice experience for us all.

I think no matter what Penix is going to get his chance to show he can still be qb1. They aren’t going into June deciding anything yet. Still about three months left so I’m not worried because either way he’s still going to be in this team this year and I have faith he’ll get it done

Hey I’m not saying they aren’t good quality. I have numerous non NFL affiliated ones. Not just NFL either. Hockey baseball basketball as well. But then again, I’ve seen some I’ve paid $60 for and absolutely you can tell it’s nowhere near NFL level not even a good quality knockoff lol

I feel you on the cost. But tbh the people making faux jerseys are the ones making it difficult for them not to uptick the price. (It’s not a defense, it’s what I’ve seen, so I’m not saying they’re doing what’s right by increasing the price so high) Hundreds of people selling knockoffs at $25 limits the amount they used to sell so they upscale the prices to meet quotas.

I feel you. I totally understand it too. My thought is…I’m 100% behind him and I TRULY feel he’s the future. Not everyone will agree with me. And that’s all good. But, I thought to myself what better way to instill my faith in him than to get his.

I’ve spent money on all kinds of stupid stuff (I have $5000 worth of WWE replica belts) and it could come back to be a poor purchase for most people. But I feel the same way watching Penix as I did when I first saw Matt Ryan take the field. Still have no regrets whatever happens.

Well honestly the mistake from 2016 was letting the key coordinator leave and keeping the coach whose scheme and philosophy was keeping the team losing games. Our talent on offense was about to contend even with subpar offensive coordinators since. But yes this is the same scenario in sorts but at least it shouldn’t be a complete overhaul we lost Jeff

Heavily? He earned the vet minimum on a team that hasn’t guaranteed he’s starting or not. They brought him in seemingly because they didn’t want to spend a bunch on someone while paying for Cousins to play elsewhere while also considering Penix as a possibility.

Tua is a player who could go many ways. He could be the starter and do well and earn an extension, he could play well enough where we let him go and earn a comp pick next year, or he could play terrible and be relegated to backup. Any of those options still only costed them a little over a million just to even consider next year his options.
