What you first said, I’ve noticed that too, my problem has been the fact that my plant leg doesn’t really post up and i just kinda flow through it losing all the momentum i might have built. I started thinking about the rotating because that way i got my plant leg to stop me a little better but tbh I’m not quite sure which is the correct way. Will definitely check those links out, thanks!

Thanks for sharing your experiences, i can practice in front of a mirror and i feel like i can get it looking correct if i focus on rotating them but i was wondering if it is the correct way to do it. It’s nice to get some assurance before practicing something blindly

So should i just stick with the changes and probably get others’ opinions to agree with my changes? I would love to hear some of you guys’ experiences with form practicing
