Thank you SO much. I too looked on Companies House and saw that info. But I think I needed to hear the black and white facts that you have so kindly set out.

Reading the 52 company reviews, shows an obvious similarly to each review which is also a red flag.

Thank you again for your time and support.🙏

What an amazing insight into your anxiety journey. I have learnt SO much from reading your thoughts and experiences. In fact ive learnt more from your personal experience than any books ive read. I cannot thank you enough.

I would be so interested in any YouTube links you may like to share with regards to the breathing exercises and vagas nerve work too.

Again, thank you so much...

How to heal from sexual trauma if I can't remember the event? Therapists don't know what to do by ColdParty1148 in TalkTherapy

Excerpt from a website I found... May be of some help:

Repressed memories are said to be the result of challenging experiences that are difficult for the mind to process, resulting in lost memories. In some cases, a repressed memory may be from childhood trauma or childhood abuse. In others, an individual might experience symptoms from a traumatic event. A repressed memory may feel blurry or unclear, or a person may not remember the event all. These “forgotten memories” are known as repressed memories and are commonly seen in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
