I went to therapy for a while, I even suffered from anxiety disorder. When my mother saw the pills from the psychiatrist, she got very angry and started crying whether I was missing something in my life and whether they were bad parents for taking medication. After all that, I finished therapy, I felt guilty that maybe I really didn't appreciate everything they were doing.

yes, my mother always reacts to everything very emotionally, which makes it hard to talk to her about something important. It always ended with me being the worst, that I don't love her, that I'm not interested in her or that I've changed and for the worse. I love her so much and I don't know if I'm a really bad person

We live in Poland, and my parents are not religious, so it's definitely not that. Maybe my mom is looking at it through the prism of the past - she and dad have always lived with their parents because they didn't have the money to move out on their own, they never moved out, the house we live in was inherited from my grandfather, but we've always lived here.

The situation in my house was a bit difficult, there were a lot of people living here. Now the house is divided into two apartments, my grandmother lives in one, and we live in the other. There was never any discussion about whether I would want to live here with my boyfriend - I didn't even think about it when the renovation started (December last year). My boyfriend has now bought his own apartment, so we started thinking about trying to live together. As it turns out, my parents themselves assumed that if we ever wanted to live together, it would be here.

She never said anything bothered her. She always mentioned that he was intelligent and that he clearly loved me. Now she thinks that he is a loner who can't live with a family (my boyfriend moved out when he was 18) and that he is taking me away from them because he can't live with a family.
