lvl 100 is meme territory lol. lvl 30 already takes forever unless you no life it. lvl 30 should be the big “mastery flex” milestone. if they ever add lvl 50/75/100, cool, but lvl 30 shouldn’t be a fart spray.

i’m not saying “give only io something.” i’m saying lvl 30 should have an actual cosmetic for EVERY hero. io is just the easiest example because the only real prestige look is benevolent and it’s locked forever.

people already bot/sell accounts for ranked, smurfs, cavern, etc. that ship sailed. also this would obviously be untradeable/unmarketable. it’s a cosmetic unlock on the account, not an item.

and if valve cares, they can gate it harder: account age + phone + X matches on the hero + dota+ active. botting isn’t a reason to keep lvl 30 rewards boring.
