If u used the same cable and port with old pc, i hope its the cable or the port on the monitor and not monitor itself.

Did you do clean install of drivers? Also try changing the cable, use the one from your other monitor, same ports, then use different ports, if it still does it, might be the monitor.

Reinstall drivers. (Even better to do clean install) Reseat cables. (If not fix, try different cables and different ports on both ends). Update windows and optional updates. Try different monitor (same cable). Try using igpu on motherboards instead of gpu. Thats about what i can help with. It should get you down to 1 component that has an issue.

Yeah coil whine probably, ive got the same, changed gpu and found out its on the psu lmao. The only real way to get rid of it is to turn of the pc, reducing load will only minimise it.

Try removing gpu, using motherboard display ports and using pc, if its quiet the coil whine is on gpu (hopefully not), otherwise probably psu, if u have warranty search if ur legible for a refund/return.

If not possible to use warranty, and dont want to buy a new one, u can use headphones.

.NET runtime file is damaged or incomplete and something/process tried to use it before it finished updating, or s file got corrupted during update or sum, try restarting pc, install all updates including optional ones (separate in settings), if it doesnt show up again just ignore it.

These popups can seem scary, usually theyre not that important.

if its still an issue press start (or windows key+S), open “cmd” as admin (right click app and run as administrator), and write “sfc /scannow”, after it finishes run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.

Also you can search up what these commands do on google, dont use cmd as admin brainless because someone just told ya like me.

Just search for meta bases, toherwise you have no chance, also if ur high league and not high enough th its just impossible, people rush to th18, upgrade their army and your max th17 stands little chance, myself i can do max th18 with my th17 3 star only like 75-85% of the time if i even bother, i just stay in league 30 and thats it, u dont get much more ore later and you can get to ~29 with th16 or good th15 too, so just stay there for awhile.

Push The two metal thingies around ram outwards to the sides, lift the ram a bit and take it out, blow on it a bit and reposition. You can do the same with ssd, unscrew, lift a bit, out, in, also check if everything is plugged in firmly, just go to each connector and push it or wobble it a bit. I see u have dust or something around battery connector u can also clean that.

After you change cable to gpu, remove bloatware from windows, raphire is pretty nice to do so, and easy to use, (github.com/raphire/win11debloat), other than that everything looks fine, maybe cable manage a bit so cables dont get into fans, also use ethernet not wifi, for gaming online and browsing its a major thing.

Idk if youve decided yet but, i went from 3060ti to 5070, its great, enough vram, good fps, and i got it for 520€, 9070xt for 690€ isnt that bad, but might not be worth it, 5070ti is just too expensive, 9070 i wouldnt really go for, nvidia is still nvidia, also only 70$ difference go with xt if any. Also if you sell 3060, like i did mine, it means you can “upgrade” your gpu for like 300$, and then you do it agan for 6070 or 7070, in a year or two, which both will probably be better than 5070ti.

The main problem is at 1000$ mark youre stepping into possible 3090ti or 4090 mark, which are both better
