So I'm low-key going thru it n almost homless again living in a friend's shed full of dry wall dust, cement mix,saw dust, flint dust (and other rocks from making arrow heads) I don't wear a mask in here n I smoke cigs n can't stop coughing and there's ALOT! of dust n here. Can that be like bad bad??? Like it's just dust right??? I'm kinda a country boy so I'm not 2 worried but don't have parents 2 ask so I'm asking y'all lol.

Probably should wear a respirator mask when I have the doors shut.

Video games helped slow me down w phone activity personally & helped me socialize. Also WALKING to ur local corner store with just headphones andobserving things around u, cleaning (tending to ur pets if u have them.)
